STYLIST (ALL LEVELS)

 

As a Stylist you will have been trained to NVQ level 2 or 3 and you will have also gone through further in-house training (vardering) in order to perfect your skills in our bespoke way of Styling. We are looking for talented individuals who will be our role models within our award-winning salons, mentoring our Apprentices and acting as ambassadors for our brand. In return we will provide you with a busy column and an opportunity to broaden your experience in covering all aspects of Styling, including full consultation with clients, building new clientele, referring clients for colour and increasing client product knowledge and product sales. In return, we will also give you an opportunity to earn uncapped commission and an unrivalled opportunity to tap into the best hair specialists and leaders in the industry and unlock your own potential.

TECHNICIAN (ALL LEVELS)

TECHNICAL STYLIST (DUAL SKILLED)

Our Technical Stylists provide the best of both worlds, carrying out both styling and technical services within the salon. You will be the role model and brand ambassador our junior team members aspire to be. The role will involve full consultation with clients, building new clientele, referring clients for colour and increasing client product knowledge and product sales. In return we will provide you with a busy column, with the opportunity to earn unlimited commission and tap into the best hair experts and leaders in the industry to further unlock your own potential.

FRONT OF HOUSE

 

Our Front of House team plays an essential role in the slick and professional running of our busy salons. As Front of House, you will represent the TONI&GUY brand and support the salon in achieving its business targets. We are looking for outgoing, well-organised team players with outstanding communication skills and a passion for client care and experience who will thrive in a fast paced client facing industry. Multi-tasking will also be essential as you switch from booking appointments and taking bills to selling retail and cashing up.

SALON ASSISTANT

Our busy team of Salon Assistants play a vital role within our salons, supporting our Stylists and Technicians in all hair services and maintaining the presentation and smooth running of the salon at all times. SALON SUPPORT

We are looking for a core team of Salon Support/Auxiliary staff to support our busy salon teams in a range of tasks including shampooing, reception duties and salon cleanliness.
